Akmal Mardonovich Nazarov was born in 1989 in the city of Bukhara, Bukhara region. She completed her education in the field of " Educational Psychology "in 2008-2012, and in the specialty" Psychology " in 2012-2014. From 2014 to the present-lecturer of the department, from 2020-Associate professor of the department.
2014-2018 Lecturer at the Department of Psychology of Bukhara State University;
In 2018-2020, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Psychology of Bukhara State University.
Since 2020, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Psychology of Bukhara State University.
Since 2022, Head of the Department of Psychology and Sociology.
A.Nazarov directs the final qualification work, course work, pedagogical practice of students and scientific work of students on topical issues of science.
A.Nazarov has been participating in forensic psychological examinations appointed by regional law enforcement agencies since 2015. Conducts practical work as a specialist psychologist, an expert in the courts of criminal, civil cases, cases studied by the prosecutor's office, internal affairs.
The Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment and its regional branch were awarded “gratitude”for their active participation in organizing and conducting various spiritual and educational events held in the Bukhara region.
A.Nazarov created programs of psychological tests for computers in order to introduce modern innovations in the teaching of psychological disciplines and received author's certificates from the Intellectual Property Agency under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
As a result of his research, 2 textbooks, 5 textbooks, 4 monographs, 15 author's certificates, more than 25 articles in international journals, more than 30 articles and abstracts in journals and collections of conferences of the republican level were published.
A.Nazarov projects completed within the framework of research project programs: 
ITD-1. He conducted research in grant projects of the practical project Yoa-1-9 " practice of psychological services for various groups of the population "(2016-2017) and the fundamental project ot-F1-002 "psychological mechanisms for the formation of a national idea and ideological immunity among young people" (2017-2020).
